Can I enquire on behalf of someone else?
Yes. Families, carers, support coordinators and other referrers can get in touch. Please make sure the person knows about the referral and has agreed, or that you have authority to act on their behalf.
What if I’m not sure which service I need?
You do not need to have everything worked out. Tell us what you would like help with, and the team can discuss the relevant support options.
What happens after I contact you?
The next step is a conversation about your goals, location and support needs. The team can explain suitability and availability before you decide how to proceed.
Do I need to send my NDIS plan?
You do not need to send your plan or clinical information with an initial enquiry. Ask the team about an appropriate way to share documents if they are needed later.
